Capacity Building initiative with Labhya Foundation of New Delhi

RKSM-NIHAR has reached an understanding with Labhya Foundation of New Delhi for a yearlong capacity building program on Social-Emotional-Learning (SEL) of teachers and other stakeholders. The project has been sponsored by Mr. Samit Ghosh, Founder-Director of Ujjiban Small Finance. Two batches of interested groups, nominated by NIHAR have been given 30 hours on-line training on SEL by Labhya through “Introductory Workshop”. It contained 10 sessions, each of 3 hour duration spread over several weeks. Besides the volunteers of NIHAR teachers from different schools took part in it. Total number of participants trained so far is 45 in number. The first batch took the training from April 12 to May 18, 2021 (2 sessions per week with a break of one week in between) and the second batch had it from June 28 to July 19, 2021 (3 sessions per week without any break).
